Eariler this year, Teresa Guy was honored for earning the Knoxville Area Association of REALTORS Silver Award of Excellence for 2008. Of over 4000 KAAR Primary Members in 2008, only 272 were recognized as Award of Excellence recipients in 2008.
Teresa Guy also has the GRI (Graduate, REALTOR Institute) e-PRO (Internet Professional) , and AHWD (At Home With Diversity) designations recognized by the National Association of REALTORS and has been been awarded the Knoxville Area Association of REALTORS Silver Award of Excellence since 2005.
